PowerFlex drives contain safety options designed to reduce downtimes and improve productivity as well as provide higher safety for equipment and operators. One of the key features is the Safe Torque-Off that is built-in as standard on all PowerFlex 525 AC drives, and is available as a special option for the PowerFlex 40P, 70, 700H, 700S, and 750-Series models in addition to the safe speed monitor function. All drives can be optionally configured without the safety through the use of MSR57P Safety Relay.
