Spur pinion gear reducer / compact - i= 39:1 - 136:1, max. 30 Nm | Flatline series
The Flatline series from ebm-papst Zeitlauf GmbH & Co. KG, are compact spur gear reducers with nominal transmission ratios of i= 39:1 to 136:1, and maximum torque of 30 Nm. These gear reducers are suitable for applications where installation space is limited in length.Flatline spur gearheads are available in sizes 50, 78 and 85. Features of the series include plastic gearwheels with angled toothing, which eliminates noise. The material used for the series is a die-cast zinc.
The Flatline series vary in some features, depending on the size. Flatline 50 spur gearhead drive technology provides an additional in terms of length. Flatline 78 spur gearheads cover the widest reduction range. Flatline 85 spur gearheads are the power packs of the Flatline range.
