Eisenbeiss for spur gear systems are developed for various fields of application, adopted to exact specifications of the particular case. The various cases with various operating profile demand durability, easy maintenance gear system and satisfactory price/performance ratio. Several applications are non-stop operation where heat balance is crucial. In other application considerable loads are imposed at a standstill, operation's repeated brief phases are typical in which gear systems again cools down in between(e.g. drives for loopers or crane travel mechanisms). Adopted toothwork geometries with case point and customized lubrication systems enables to achieve optimal profile maintaining durability, reliability and ease of maintenance for a wide variety of applications. Eisenbeiss gear system with specially optimized efficiency minimizes power losses, they do not heat up much and eliminates auxiliary cooling even in high power ratings. The gear includes G / D / GD / DD or KG / KD series spur/bevel gear systems, 1 -4 stages with 4-400 gear-ratio and 20 kW to 5,000 kW motor rating.
