Pneumatically-operated clamping device / shaft - max. 27 000 N | PClamp
The PClamp is a pneumatically operated rod clamping device developed by HEMA Maschinen-und Apparateschutz. It comes with modular configuration suitable for the clamping of rods with 12 mm to 40 mm diameter and for pneumatic cylinder. The unit features pneumatic clamping with high forces, optimum safety clamping, low framework costs in comparison to hydraulics, simple installation, and wide range of shaft sizes. The values of hydraulic clamps are reached and can be exceeded.
In addition, the clamping forces can be enlarged up to 4 clamping modules cover and base plate. The flange and external dimensions are also conform to metric cylinder ISO 6431 standards.
