Electromagnetic immersed combined clutch-brake unit - 9 - 18.5 lb.ft, max. 6 000 rpm | VSAU series

The V series brakes offer fast response as they are dry type single disc units and suitable for high cycle applications.

With the help of some specific leaf springs, the armature is mounted on the hub which provides minimum backlash.


The brake and clutch is mounted in one single housing. One only needs a simple connection to the output or input shaft with the help of a pulley.


In order to reduce an tendency of contamination, the brakes are completely enclosed. The housing will also reduce the chances of wearing of the clutch.
