Sprocket wheel / roller chain idler - ø 3 - 35 mm | HF series
The INA roller chain idler sprockets unit will utilize chains by guiding them as necessary. They will keep chains from stretching too far and will enhance the smoothness of the system in many forms. The units fit well with deeper groove ball bearings. The sprockets are made with steel and plastic units and will run quietly. The inner rings in the groove ball bearings are extended on the sides and no spacer rings are needed. The KSR..BO series especially uses an inner ring on the shaft with a locking collar. The bearing bore uses a plus tolerance and can use h9 ISO tolerance for moderate speeds and loads.
