Caliper disc brake
The unit is a direct-acting caliper brake that does not have any level transmission. The braking function of the unit is executed by a spring force, and its lifting function is executed by a hydraulic cylinder. The brake would open when a power failure occurs. The model is integrated with two similar clamp halves, and low-wear sintered brake linings as a standard.The model has the capacity to deliver a braking force that ranges from 80 kN up to 1,140 kN. The brake lining wear is manually modified, and the lifting gap can be configured between 1 mm up to 3 mm.
