Tapered roller bearing - TS series
The load-carrying capacity of TS bearings is increased by the pin type design as the cage bridges are removed which makes more room for the rollers. The pin type design also features longer rollers. Two rings are incorporated in the pin type cage, one at either end of the rollers. Cage pins pass through the holes in the center of each roller. After being threaded into one cage ring they are then welded into the other.
The ID dimensions range from 152.400mm-1701.800mm (6"-67") and the OD dimensions from 307.975mm-2032mm (12.125"-80"). The additional rollers can handle larger loads. They are utilized in numerous applications including power transmission, heavy industries, health, aerospace, off highway, industrial equipment configurations and larger-load automotive.
