Timken's EJ Series is a double-piece, window-type cage manufactured out of steel. This instrument was developed to be piloted on the internal land in order to minimize the load of the roller. It was also designed to nearly eliminate any stress caused by extensive acceleration or loads, and enhance its overall sturdiness, both by means of the cage itself lengthening above the center line of the roller. Its other design features integrated cage pockets, increased overall lubrication degrees, a slotted open face, a heat-treated overall frame and construction, as well as device dimensions of 0.98 inches bore which can reach up to 7.9 inches outside the diameter.
