Needle bearing / heavy-duty - OD : 5 - 100 mm (0.625 - 9.25")
Heavy-duty needle roller bearings are composed of a machined and ground channel-shaped outer ring with a complement of needle rollers retained and guided by a cage. The thick outer ring ensures maximum load capacity and shock resistance with a relatively small radial cross section. The device is designed with high-strength cage retaining and guiding the rollers to ensure superior speed and lubrication retention. A lubrication groove and hole in the O.D. is used for relubrication through the outer ring.
Depending on the suitability of the shaft as a raceway surface, the bearing are used with or without a machined and ground inner ring. The bore size ranges from 5 mm - 100 mm (0.625 in. - 9.25 in.). The bearings feature high-strength cage that enables to retain and guide rollers. The bearings feature high speed and lubrication-retention capability. The bearings can be used with or without a machined and ground inner ring based on the suitability of the shaft as a raceway surface.
