Due to their self-contained mounting and minimal installation effort, the eLine linear bushings and shafts are perfect for cost-effective applications. A clearance-free version of the linear sets and linear bushings are supplied. These are pre-greased which means they are lubricated for life. Components are available for shaft diameters ranging between 8 mm and 40 mm, with optional shaft brackets. Unlike the usual elaborate support needed, the linear bushings can just be pressed into the locating holes.
The eLine linear bushings and shafts have small exterior dimensions for particularly compact constructions, exceptionally economically priced linear bushings for general requirements, a simple press-in mounting process with no additional fixtures required, integrated metal holding rings (size 12 to 40) to secure seating in the housing bore, and hardened steel segments with conformity of fit for balls in the track which enables a long life and high load capacity.
