The ABL1500WB-B is an air-bearing direct-drive linear stage. It is an environment-friendly device that features excellent geometric characteristics such as integral bellows for drive and bearing system contamination protection, a wide base for large offset loads, and a powerful dual linear motor drive for high-performance scanning and inspection. It also has an air-on-air preload on air-bearing surfaces, a linear encoder feedback with nanometer-level resolution, high stiffness for heavy loads, and excellent geometric performance. All of these design are ideal to enhance work productivity, efficiency and long service life.
