Air slide table / clean-room - ø 6 - 25 mm, 10 - 150 mm | MXS series
For processes requiring precise movement ranging from 10-150mm, a cylinder and precision guide are usually required. The MXS slide integrates features such as two small cylinders and a cross roller bearing with a guide. This integration allows for force generation in a compact form. There are six sizes available in the MXS series, each of which is standard with auto-switch capabilities and designed with a set amount of stroke lengths. For a retract, extension or both in ranges of 0-25mm, 0-15mm and 0-5mm, stroke adjustments are available. There are also standard options that include shock absorbers, a buffer, axial piping and end lock technology.
