The Series One, Belt driven linear actuators aim at hygienic room surroundings and have an international patent as per the clean room classification mark of ISO 14644-1. Additionally, the series is certified by the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation. It is ideal for processes such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production and bio-medical applications. Research laboratories are often at the risk of deterioration proving it harmful for production as well as people. The Series one helps in eliminating such risks by using special safety care and has a belt that overlooks the upper longitudinal tip of the aluminum contouring while in motion.
It places a low pressure bar of of about 0.8mm on the bottom heads by pulling out the particles of the linear unit and conducts it outside. It also restricts the particles sneaking into the close environment of the liner unit.
