Permanent holding magnet - 1 - 40 W, 8 - 3 500 N
The unit is a permanent electromagnetic holding system that is available in circular and rectangular models. The magnet consists of a permanent magnet which is embedded in a magnet enclosure that has an excitation coil. The magnetic circuit which is open in turned-off mode enables for currentless and secure holding of magnetic workpieces. When the DC-excited coil is turned on the permanent-magnetic field is neutralized at the holding surface and the workpiece to be clamped can be taken out. The unit has a supply voltage of 24 V DC, and has a protection rating of IP 65. The circular model measures 15 mm up to 250 mm in diameter, and the rectangular model measures 100 mm up to 600 mm in length.
