Holding magnet - EM GD ST/RM
The EM GD ST/RM offers a series of holding solenoid also known as electromagnets, that are integrated with feedback contact. They are most commonly used in applications that require the indication of the counter plate's adherence to the magnet. This is needed for fire protection doors that are installed with sophisticated transport systems found in big stores. They are also designed for the central controlling and monitoring systems in machines. The counter plate sticks to the magnet and if it is supplied with tension, a registration indicating a combined contact is provided and is conveyed to the area required. These holding solenoids are available in 2 models of magnets. One is built with a connection terminal located on the base plate while the other is designed with a four-pole plug-in termination.
