Grinding fluid - PLASTIKOL T2
PLASTIKOL T2 is a complex mixture of additives, with high film-strenghtand resistance. It has a very high non-welding power.
PLASTIKOL T2 is recommended for :
- The cutting and stamping of steel strongly allied and thick.
- The machining of tough steel (it permits greater machining speed).
- The drilling.
It may be added to any conventional cutting oil.
PLASTIKOL T2 does not stick, and allows an excellent removal of the
cutting, nonsiccative product.
It is suitable for any size-drilling (even the smallest ones).
It may be used :
- for deep drilling operations on tough metals,
- for manual, semiautomatic or automatic thread cutting,
- for tapping, slotting.
This product ensures an extended tool life.
It contains no chlorine
