Cold forming lubricant - Beruforge, Beruform series
For cold forming of metal materials (e.g. steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium) preferably pre-treated workpieces have to be pressed in forms under immense forces. Depending on the geometry of the finished part and the material several forming steps can be necessary.Those extreme surface pressures ask for intelligent forming agents which are able to form high-pressure resistant layers during the process in order to prevent premature wear, corrosion or even breaking of the tools.
