Haas VF-6/40TR 5-axis vertical machining center has a 64" X-axis, 32" Y-axis, and 30" Z-axis (1626 x 813 x 762 mm). It has an integrated 2-axis trunnion rotary table with platter diameter of 12.2" (310 mm).VF-6/40TR features 40-taper spindle with a maximum speed of 8100 RPM and a vector drive of 30 hp (22.4 kW). It also features an inline direct-drive and a side-mount tool changer with a capacity of 24+1. It features X rapids of 13.7 m/min (540 ipm) and Y & Z rapids of 15.2 m/min (600 ipm), automatic chip auger, programmable coolant system with nozzle, and program memory of 750 MB.
In addition it has coordinate rotation & scaling, a remote jog handle in color, fast machining, a color LCD monitor of 15" and USB port. Apart from all these features, they have key switch for locking memory, rigid tapping and a flood coolant system of 360 liters or 95 gallons.
