The C100 model from INDEX is a production turning machine that was engineered primarily for applications involving complex parts. This vertically oriented machine features two identical spindle motors that acts as a main spindle and counter spindle, a SlingSlide guiding system, a INDEX C200-4D (Siemens 840D powerline) and Fanuc 31i control, and 3 turrets that that can reach up to 14 stations. The INDEX C100 showcases a ready-to-access working area, an effective vibration damping, a 3-turret simultaneous machining capability and a three-tool carrier capacity.
