The GMC 20 ISM automatic lathe utilizes six integrated, independently functioning oil-cooled spindle motors with steady torque rates. It also features a spindle drum that constantly indexes, allow for efficient operation times. It is initially designed to handle work pieces with diameters ranging from 3 mm to 20 mm, using the GM automatic lathe program and the model is made with H5 tolerance.The working interface of the lathe is comparable to that of a camera-controlled lathe, which allows traditional machine operators to work intuitively. The DMG Programmer 3D Turning software allows for simple program creation and collision free programming.
