With an impressive collection of 24 workstations and 44 working spindles, the Multistar LX-24 is perfect for smooth mass production. The advantage with this machine is that it is possible to machine the parts from below, above and from the side. Twenty four intermediate stations can be added additionally to help with measurement, monitoring and cleaning procedures. The uniqueness of this system is that about 600 simple workpieces can be produced within one minute. If you separate the workfield, it is possible to double, triple or quadruple the production rate at high processing speeds. This concept of parallel working makes it easy to complete different workpieces. The machine works in different applications like electrical and electronic contacts, plug in connections for fiber optic cables, nozzles and ballpoint pen tips.
