The NanoGrind™ 4000XD is a 4-station CNC rotary transfer tool grinding machine for high volume production of micro drills in carbide and HSS, based on a revolving table with 4 workheads. Three of the 4 bays are for grinding, and the 4th bay is for loading/unloading.
The NanoGrind is a highly reliable production tool grinder with cycle times as low as 13 seconds. Ideal for the printed-circuit board, semiconductor and cutting tool industries, the grinding operations are performed simultaneously, with a minimal transfer time of 0.6 seconds. With the NanoGrind™ 4000XD tool grinding machine you get extremely high uptime with unmatched productivity for the most accurate microtools possible.
