Manual sharpener / drill / for tools - ø 2 - 20 mm | BKS
The innovative BKS series of drill and core drill grinding machines is designed specifically for the sharpening of core drills that are 12 to 100mm in size and twist drills that are in the range of 2 to 20mm. The grinding machine encompasses an efficient drill sharpening process for diverse varieties of drills, that is based on the grinding principle incorporated in the company's endorsed and attested BSM 20 drill grinding machines. The BKS machine also provides excellent countersink grinding services by integrating the company's well-approved countersink sharpening unit SVR 20.
The HSS core drills are first attached to the machine by means of a 19mm Weldon shank. By selection of corresponding index plates ( standard of 4-10 teeth) the Indexing is done. Options of other indexing plates are also available. Profiled diamond grinding wheels are used for carrying out the sharpening process which is considered the best for High speed steel and carbide material.
The sharpening process is made simpler and flexible by the use of better tool support. The BKS drill and core drill grinding machines combines the features of top seller BSM 20 and KBS core drill grinding machines.
