Clamping element - GN 826

Clamping elements GN 826 are normally used in connection with control knobs and smaller handwheels.

Spindles can so be clamped gently and easily and without much construction and installation effort. The clamping wedge stiffens the spindle, e.g., to prevent maladjustments caused by vibrations or to secure the spindle after adjustment.

This clamping element can also be used to store the spindle

Wedge clamp - GN 920.1

Otto Ganter GN 920.1 wedge clamps enable clamping through the DIN 7984 socket head cap screw and the clamp wedge. Both cause an outward movement in the clamping jaws. The clamps are suitable for multi-clamping applications as well as individual clamping needs.

The clamp wedge is sent back through an internal return spring while the screw is loosened. As a result, tension is loosened by this spring. The clamp wedge has a long hole, which ensures tolerance is compensated in the workpiece.

Clamping and fixture system - 0 - 1 700 g | MF series

Gimatic's modular supporting and fixing elements are considered the best because these are made with polyamide and fiberglass which ensure their durability. These fixing elements also have one of a kind mechanical properties but are still low cost. The 3 to 18 mm sensors can be fixed without mechanical machining.
