Electro-permanent magnetic chuck - MAGNOS
The Schunk's MAGNOS Performance Line reduces up to 40% cost of procurement compared to the traditional line of Magnos pole plates. This product is appropriate for the applications of clamping solution for tough cutting processes allowing the five-side workpiece machining in one set-up. This can also be applied in the usual milling, grinding, and machining centers. Furthermore, this is featured with three available sizes which are 400 x 400 mm, 400 x 600 mm and 400 x 800 mm. It also requires little amount of time for the set up while it does not need warping due to its gentle clamping of the work piece. Meanwhile, it is also suited in any Magnos accessory.
