The BEM 28 series is manufactured by Suhner Automation, and is a machining tool that comes with a three-phase AC motor. The unit is ideal for use in a number of single-purpose operations. This model is housed in an enclosure made of sturdy cast iron. It features an embedded pneumatic feed together with an installed hydraulic brake cylinder which is intended for quick drive and operating stroke configurations.
The BEM 28 series also comes with accurate angular contract spindle bearings.
