The BEM 25 H is a machining unit which is a combination of a quill feed design and a hydraulic feed control system. It also includes an integrated four-point clamping set for manual tool clamping. The application of electric motors for increased torque requirements is enabled through the model's technical design concept. The unit has a chrome-plated quill and a spindle housing which can extend the spindle life.
It has a maximum diameter drilling capacity of 25 mm. The also model works with spindle speeds that can go up to 10,000 rpm with an optional frequency converter. Its rapid advance and feed motion can be run externally.
The unit is designed for use in carbide tooling applications.
