The MZU is a mechanical center-clamping vise manufactured by Spreitzer GmbH & Co. KG. The line of center-clamping vises with reversible step jaws provides the operator the optimal level of versatility on multi-axis machining centers.The tiered step jaws provide good accessibility, even for short cutting instruments. In addition, all clamping possibilities are covered due to the variable tiered form.
The center-clamping vise model MZU is specifically useful for versatile raw parts clamping. The machine tool vise is equipped with a huge clamping width. It has centering accuracy of >I< 0.03 mm, repetition accuracy of 0.01 mm and clamping width of 78 bis 450 mm.
