Hydraulic swing clamp cylinder
Quiri's swing clamps have the feature of pivoting in the plan, which makes no linear stroke during rotation. The space needed for the movement of the arm is limited, and the whole stroke of the clamp can be applied to clamp, except 1 to 2 mm clearance. Wear on the rod seals is also minimized.The unit comes with different choices for position detection. This includes the use of a sensor rod, and can be used pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically. The contact force can be made by a spring, or by air or hydraulic pressure.
The actuators are designed with a patented locking system. They are made particularly for palletized application, with lock-out occurring. This is due to the oil pressure.
