Pneumatic drilling unit / for water-jet cutting machines - OMAX® Drill
Omax's Drill head allows repeatable piercing of laminates and composites before the grinder waterjet cutting and it pinches tiny diameter of holes in dense materials. The Y-axis carriage is where its drill head is mounted. It can be adjusted in the Z-direction to shove the accessory out when not in use. Meanwhile, it does not need external power. It takes away the process of monotonous hand drilling along with registration templates that are customized. Moreover, the drill head can drill holes in preferred locations whenever the Omax OC based controller is used, right before cutting material with a jet stream. It can also pre-drill brittle and sensitive materials completely and also reliably produce units without delamination.
