Clamp chuck - KZZT-AF series
The KZZT-AF series is a line of power chucks manufactured by Roehm. The unit is designed for main applications on several spindle lathes, gear cutting machines, grinding machines, or on friction welding and profile turning machines.It is also highly useful for bar work turning, and milling and grinding for chucking work. The 508-75 type is equipped with a fixed clamping jaw for through, as well as stop clamping.
It also has coupled clamping jaw, allowing no axial movement. The trust piece is pushed over the steady Top Grip clamping jaw. The steady jaw guarantees lesser stiffness than that achieved with the collet chucks of KZZT/KZZT-A.
