This servo electronic press brake depicts the third generation of the first E-Brake and is constructed with a modular design with substantial flexibility and reduced delivery time. The specifications of the unit include 35 tons 50 tons 65 tons 80 tons 100 tons 130 tons pressure forces, 1250 mm 1600 mm 2050 mm 2550 mm 3100 mm 4100 mm working lengths and standard 590 mm - optional 650 mm 690 mm sizes. This servo electric drive with one pulley system saves up to an impressive 50 percent in energy costs without the need for crowning. It is able to achieve bending speeds of up to 20mm/sec and cuts bending cycle times by up to 30 percent. The features include a numerical display of bending parameters and 2D programming with Easy 2D optional SafanDarley E-Control 2, standard SafanDarley E-Control 1 control, 2D bending simulation along with off-line programming or E-Control 3 (2D or 3D graphic programming), an onsite optional safety light screen and stable back gauge that functions across the complete working width of the unit.
