Wear plate - Trellex Poly-Cer
Metso Trellex Poly-Cer wear plates feature a surface providing a very high resistance to wear. It is made up of alumina cylindrical ceramic rods. The bonding of these plates is done in a tough rubber matrix. The use of super-hard ceramics makes the plates highly abrasive-wear resistant. And thanks to the rubber, the impact forces capable of cracking the ceramic rods are adequately dampened.
