Press transfer system / programmable
The AIDA's electronic press transfer feed is integrated with four fitting of "Overhead Type" stand-alone modules which are positioned in every column. This enables its entry and exit areas in the press side openings to be free for its part exit conveyor. It offers an integration of the AC servomotors and encoders which assures an organized motion of its transfer through the main angle and the feed bar position. These AC servomotors also facilitate and manages all the accomplishments of the transfer movements. The whole press system is completely programmable based on the preset values located on the control panel.
