The NCFN press-fit module Type 2153A... is designed for use in automatic production plants and manual manufacturing and offers high velocity and highly accurate measurements with repeatability of <0,01 mm in addition to the motion compensation system and high overload capacity of 150%. It is equipped with a built-in strain gage force sensor, designed for joining forces of 30 to 300 kN and represents an excellent solution for press fitting applications that use force displacement monitoring. This model can be mounted in any position and features easy and simple handling, flange or wall mounting assemblies and tool fitting tapped holes at the tappet.
