Forging die
SCHULER die design machines offer precise forging of die and die components and parts. Forging dies are today configured for various stations, with the goal of inter-compatibility and diversity. They perform multiple processes simultaneously: forging, calibration, punching, trimming, and can successfully configure all die elements that modern dies have (using four- or five-station die sets commonly found in operation today). Closing dies can also be used, directly reducing production costs by eliminating after-processing.
