The first in AIDA'S NC series, the NC1 are single point gap frame presses, equipped with the latest hydraulic overload protection system or HOLP that provides high response time and tonnage capability of 60-100%, a highly durable wet clutch that contributes to the machine's cost efficiency, and a 6-point slide adjustment guide, all encased in a welded steel frame housing with a built-in cast steel bolster that increases this machine's accuracy. It is integrated with an advanced control system easily programmed to set the parameters for easy operation. A lubrication system is also incorporated to provide oil lube to the shaft and bearings.
