The cold forging process is faster than the cutting one and Aida created its cold forging presses series that achieved the requirements for high-speed and concentrated production, replying to the demands about transfer processing to production. This CFT series features easy die alterations with the longer life of die plus the enhanced product accuracy. It consists of smooth material feeding, removing of product and disposing of scrap.
This series also offers unusual transfer mechanism and pollution countermeasures.
