Automatic panel bender - max. 1.25 mm | FSO150
A Bending Center made for today's more demanding manufacturing needs. Smaller manufactures will find it useful to be able to run smaller product series back-to-back fully automatically. Larger manufacturers will find that PivaBends better cycle times produce like no other equipment. Bending line is non-operator dependent, making it possible to run different smaller projects 24/7.The PivaBend Bending Center for casings consists of:
De-Stacker for unloading of punched blanks from a Lifting table.
Parts can be transported into the bending station straight from the punching
machine, too.
Bending station including CNC feeders for handling and positioning of the
blank
Two wing formers, one for bending of each long side of the blank
Another station with folding machines for bending of the ends
Box bending is completed in the third station with wing formers for the width
and height of the wrapper
Discharge conveyor manual discharge or a device to turn down the chassis
Complete electrical system with Siemens Sinumerik line controller
and hydraulics with covered power pack.
In case there are no negative bends on ends, wrappers are completed in two bending stations.
The capacity depends on part geometry and varies from 2 to 3 parts per minute.
