Finishing vibrator
The Rosler rotary vibrators have modular auxiliary systems for rinsing, unloading, drying, loading and other 'pre-' and 'post-finish' operations which enable them to be adapted at any time to automated processing. Rosler provides sturdy vibratory installations which are easy to use for numerous applications. A broad range of part shapes and sizes can be finished to any surface type requirements. Processing times are reduced by almost half with the new 'high-speed' machine series compared with the processing times that are achieved with conventional rotary vibrator technology.
The machine offers shorter grinding times, the same material abrasion and a 40% increase in the consumption of abrasive media, making it extremely economical. The high-speed rotary vibratory series offers an exceptional 60% increase in grinding performance, even on robust materials.
