The DRILLMAT 3000 cutting tool grinder is used to grind twist drills. The drills are made up of HSS or carbide. It features three base variants; they let the one-by-one adaptation to satisfy the most diverse requirements in twist drill production. The individual architecture of the machine ensures the highest possible efficiency for the production of any size series.

The DRILLMAT 3000 is a tool grinding solution for large number of production, from machining the blank to the finished twist drill. The tool grinder is also for flutes and ridges. It makes a stable support.

The tool grinder has up to four grinding wheels. They can be mounted on the grinding spindle simultaneously.
