Precision optic polishing machine - SPS-125
The SPS-125 is a spherical polishing machine that is suitable for advanced optical production. Together with the SPM-125, these are the new machines in the spherical processing. It is equipped with a polisher which has the same basic operation with the CNC-axis technology. It has the ability to conduct polishing in VarioSpeed mode or Synchropseed mode. These modes are compatible for spherical lenses with 10 up to 125 mm in diameter. It is also convenient for the dressing of the polishing tools.
Moreover, it has spindle properties which offer high torque on the full speed range. It is constructed in a compact machine design with polymer concrete base. The 360o tool swivel head provides the requirements of the optical production. The SPS-125 is engineered based on the knowledge of the SPM/SPS-60 & 140 equipments.
