The Okuma LAW-2S-SF is a superfinish wheel machine that offers a cost-effective alternative to the conventional chroming method. It is equipped with a 20" turning diameter, a high performance spindle with a selection of 10 different tools in order to deliver a 0.1 micron (diamond cutting) resolution finish. It offers improvements in both cycle times and quality, considerably increasing production. This model is designed for simple and easy integration into the robot, or standard production line and is capable of delivering high quality wheel finishes in a range of applications from mirrors to spinners. Additionally, it is available with a selection of optional upgrades.
