Automatic polishing machine / for ophthalmic lens production - Duo-FLEX
This fully automated, dual lens, computer controlled soft tool polishing system has a corresponding throughput in between the VFT and Duo-Flex and it does not require andy transfer systems or external conveyor in order to supply trays to different kinds of polishing engines. It has a refined lenses which are semi-cleaned and dried in washing stations before bringing it back to the tray in order to prevent slurry excess on the surfaces of the lens.
