Automatic Copying Polishing MachineTIPO LSCF
This machine can polish cutlery moulds' superior and inferior sections suitable for best results.
The mould is first placed manually on the work table and there it is clamped.
The front door is then closed by the operator and the button is pressed, the table holding the mould feeds till the working point desired is reached and the starting of the polishing process.
While the working of the machine, it is possible to increase or decrease manually the working pressure (that can be seen on an analogical ammeter)
The number of passes desired can be set as desired or needed to obtain a good surface finish on the piece
The machine is loaded with PLC to set different works
