Valve ball grinding machine - PV2000 series
The PV2000 series is a ball valve grinding machine. It is ideal for the precise grinding of ball valves in steel or coated by satellite and other materials. These machines come in different sizes of valve range from 1” up to 64”. All machines are equipped by Renishaw with Saporiti customized software for the easy centring of the tool with the ball. Relevant filters and cooling system allow to keep the workpiece temperature quite constant to assure the best precision.
These grinders allow high roundness and good surface finishing as the movement are on precision roller guideways. There is a controlled Y axis for the grinding head. PV2000 series has only one wheel that can be used for different diameters.
