Crankshaft grinding machine - ø 280 x 500 mm | JUCENTER 6L
The Jucenter 6L enables to grind crankshafts in one machine with the shortest possible cycle time. It combines two machines with complementary machining potentials into one. This series facilitates two machining technologies on one machine. Station 1 is usually for controlling cylindrical grinding with grinding wheel set. In station 2, it accommodates the non-cylindrical grinding process. The Jucenter 6L has 70% shorter cycle time and 65% less space requirement. This machine is controlled with learning function, which includes an automatic compensation of roundness deviations. It has also a high long-term precision with hydrostatic circular guides.
