The Hydro-H1224 is a nano precision hydro-static CNC grinder series. The machine combines hydro-static slideways, spindle, bearings, leadscrew and nuts upon request. The downfeed accuracy of the machine is 0.0001 mm. The roughness of its surface is from 0.02 μm. The machine is equipped with a precision mirror grinding that makes Rmax 0.25 μm without the need of polishing process.The machine offers low friction and high rigidity characteristics. To achieve a high precision form grinding, the machine is equipped with an optional wheel dresser. The low friction feature of the machine gives accuracy and longevity. The grinding surface finish is improved due to its low start-up power rating and oil film rigidity.
