CNC grinding machine / gear - ø 300 mm | LCS 300
The brand new LCS 300 machine system is designed for finishing hardened gears and characterized by high versatility and high performance. The LCS 300 Combi can be used for various processes on a single machine, such as profile grinding and generating using electronic-plated CBN or dressable tools. The technique used is one of long lineage and high approval, namely, tooth grinding using dressable worms and discs. It achieves high productivity when advanced tools of alumina are used.
The CBN technique takes it one step further with constant production results over the whole service life of the tool. This approach is extremely suitable for the mass production when operations may last up to 200 production hours.
Both options are available in the LCS range of machines with no limitations whatsoever, offering a range of new options. CBN profile grinding is supplied for internal gears. Depending on which technology is used, the very small grinding discs are used in operation.
